I approach operations with a simple philosophy combine data clarity, scalable systems, and thoughtful leadership to drive lasting performance. My goal is to help teams make smarter, faster decisions through clear data, structure, and collaboration.

Whether it’s designing dbt models or building dashboards, I use data to uncover what’s really driving performance. At Fig Financial, I developed models that tracked hardship treatments and repayment strategies, giving leaders the insight they need to make informed calls on collections and recovery.

I focus on systems that grow with the business. From launching dual BPO programs to streamlining recovery workflows, I’ve seen the impact of scaling the right way not just expanding capacity, but improving how teams work together.

My best work happens at the intersection of analytics, operations, and compliance. Partnering with Risk, Legal, and CX teams has taught me that strong operations come from trust and shared understanding.

Behind every dashboard and workflow is a team trying to do great work. I’ve led and mentored teams across fintech environments from PayBright’s Resolutions group to Wealthsimple’s CX Risk function focusing on growth, accountability, and clear communication.

No process is ever done. I’m drawn to environments where we can test, measure, and refine. Whether it’s improving collections performance or optimizing FTE efficiency, I look for opportunities to push things forward with intention and measurable impact.
