Background

I’m an operations and data leader with deep experience across fintech, collections, and client experience. My work focuses on building scalable systems that connect analytics, automation, and human insight to improve performance and compliance.

I began my career in debt collections and then moved into training and client operations before moving into fintech, where I’ve led teams at PayBright (Affirm), Wealthsimple, and now Fig Financial. Over that time, I’ve helped launch outsourcing programs, improve recovery strategies, and use data to make operations faster, fairer, and more transparent.

Today, I lead Resolutions and Recovery at Fig Financial, where I manage vendor programs, design dbt models, and sit on the Risk Management Committee helping align collections performance with business goals.
